5.66 hectare park is located in Cumberland and pedestrian connections are provided through a series of pathways located along linear parks that run through the neighbourhood. There is also a natural tree stand preserved within Cumberland. These features provide residents with access to open space and recreational opportunities. Cumberland's name refers to an early trading post owned by the Hudson's Bay Company, Cumberland House.
