Construction started in the late 1990s with most happening in the early 2000s. Glastonbury Community League was established as a non-profit organization serving the neighbourhood developments of The Grange and Parkland. An open space and connected pathways system is coordinated alongside stormwater management facilities to increase recreational space for residents.
