Puppy Basics

Puppies must have 2 sets of vaccinations and be no older than 4 months of age by class start.

This course is the must have course for every young puppy. It is imperative that puppies meet as many people, dogs and things as possible during this stage of their lives as well as learning bite inhibition. Puppies spend some of the hour off leash, as they learn proper interactions and become well-socialized to the world. The class also covers basic commands: sit, down, come, stay, and watch, as well as leash walking, but the emphasis is on proper socialization. The instructors are well versed on canine behavior and can help you with common puppy behaviors and how to survive them.
