The Edmonton Community Legal Centre presents various types of will and estate instruments, including will, living will, guardianship and trusteeship, and will look at the circumstances under which each instrument should be used. It will also discuss other documents you can prepare for when you lose the mental capacity to make decisions about your personal and financial matters, including the Personal Directive and Power of Attorney. Discover the differences and the importance of each document, as well as the requirements to create them and have them properly take effect.
