The Edmonton Chapter of the Rugby Business Network has completed a successful first year of events and operation. We had a number of excellent rugby and business speakers at the respective dinner meetings that were held throughout 2015. It was a great opportunity to meet old and new rugby people in the Edmonton business community.
Join us at the next Edmonton event to promote and create the best rugby clubhouse in the world, where the games values of camaraderie, honesty, humility, community and bravery set the tone for long-lasting, productive and enjoyable relationships.
The event will run from 5pm until 8pm with complimentary food and drink and the focus is to develop and build business relationships between players, coaches, referees and fans of Rugby. The hard work, dedication, skill and tenacity needed to play our sport also serve well in the business world. Let's build the bonds that will foster growth in our professional lives as well as our social outlet. The program starts at 6 PM and we will have a special guest business speaker and a special guest rugby speaker at each meeting.
If you have any suggestions for speakers or event sponsors please feel free to contact us. This years meetings are on the first Monday of selected months. Specifically, March 7th, June 6th, September 12th, and December 5th 2016.
This is a great opportunity for business people in the Edmonton rugby community to develop and refresh business contacts. All participants will have their business contact information and the professional services they provide added to the Rugby Business Network - Edmonton contact list, which is provided to all participants.
