About Women In Leadership

Women In Leadership is an organization established in 2001 by Maya Kanigan who wanted to connect and help women develop their leadership potential. She believed that featuring female role models and women's success stories would inspire others and make a difference in the lives of the next generation. She felt that by doing so, we would see a ripple effect with more women in leadership roles. Our members typically range in the 25-44 year old range and come from various professions and life stages.
