You are cordially invited to another installment of our Brewmaster's Dinner Series. Join us for an evening of beer, food, comparing and contrasting!

Kerry Bennet owner of Care Bakery and our Regional Chef Joel Cumberland will be creating the gluten free menu and pairing it with beers from Glutenberg. Care Bakery, is a gluten free bakery based out of Calgary that is committed to creating the highest quality breads for chefs and grocery stores. Care Bakery, has steadily grown to become recognized as one of the leaders in gluten free baking for hospitality in Alberta, B.C and Saskatchewan. Kerry's mission is to eventually provide that ease of dining for people with dietary restrictions all across the country.

Our past Gluten Free Brewmaster's Dinner has included items such as: Moules et frites, fried ice cream, perogies, veal wellington, corn dogs and fried chicken. We're excited for what they come up with in May!
