Swine & Dine YEG is a "pop-up" dining event to be held on March 17, 2016 at Royal Glenora Club, in support of Alberta Pork Producers.

Chef Steve Buzak's four-course Alberta Pork-inspired menu will be paired with Yukon Brewing craft beer.

The reception will begin at 6:30pm, with dinner to follow at 7:00pm.

Espresso BBQ Braised Pork Cheeks

Sweet potato, lima bean, espresso demi

Paired with 'Espresso Stout' or 'Lead Dog Ale.'

Valhrona Chocolate Torte

Salt pork caramel, candied bacon praline, marshmallow cream

Paired with 'Over the Moon Milk Stout.'
