About the Founder:
Tim Gourlay (U of A B.comm 09) is a part time MBA student at the U of A and Fitset is his first entrepreneurial venture. Before beginning the MBA program he pursued a professional athletic career playing for the Canadian National Volleyball team as well as for two clubs in the German Bundesliga. Tim always had aspirations of a career in entrepreneurship but it took him multiple years of working for others before he was able to take the plunge and decided to start his own venture. Tim is also the co-chair of the U of A Net Impact MBA chapter, an active Toastmaster, and still fuels his competitive side through competing in beach volleyball tournaments in the summer months.
