Navigating the Rivers of Grief - Bereavement Support Series

This seven-week support series follows the "Roads to Healing" introductory session. It is a structured support group that includes sharing, reviewing the grief process, understanding emotions and self-esteem needs, discussing transformation and answering the question "Where do I go from here?" Participants are asked to commit to the entire series and to be willing to discuss their own loss within the group setting. Presented in partnership with the Edmonton Healing Centre for Grief and Loss. Registration is required. Please contact 780-454-1194.
