Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@csceedmonton.org two days prior to the event for a full refund minus an administration fee.
Refunds requested after two days prior to the event are subject to a 50% Cancellation fee.
No shows will not be refunded. In the event that a replacement speaker needs to be secured on short notice, no refund will be provided to those who have purchased tickets.
