Jeff Mills (Director of the Edmonton Tax Service Office), Roy Nader (Canada Revenue Agency), Fraser Logan (Department of National Defence) and Janine Avery (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) will lead a panel discussion of effectively implementing social media in your governmental department, the do's and don'ts of social media communication , and some of the leading edge practices that successful organization are using. Audience questions and discussions will be encouraged as every department is different with their own set of policies and communication challenges.
