Culture Ambassador Orientation:

The Culture Ambassador Program is a grass roots initiative made up of representatives from across the City with the goal of engaging front line supervisors and employees in the corporate culture transformation. The program creates opportunities to build peer to peer connections with co-workers across the city which creates knowledge sharing and collaboration. The program empowers employees with the tools and information necessary to spark conversations, champion and role model desired behaviours, act as a knowledge resource, share stories and improve understanding amongst staff about our culture (Leadership Expectation and Principles, and The Ways). Ambassadors advance the City of Edmonton's corporate culture by ensuring that culture is visible and relevant in day-to-day work.
