Latitude 53 invites friends and guests to its annual winter fundraiser in support of upcoming programming and gallery operations. This year Parka Patio is reinvented as FUTURE CITY, inspired by downtown Edmonton's changing skyline and the possibilities. The evening will feature music by DJ Teller and DJ SpennyB with special performances by GoldTop, food presented by Clever Rabbit, The Butchery, RGE RD, and El Cortez, with confections from Duchess Bake Shop, and special cold-brew coffee cocktail by Credo Coffee.Parka Patio features artist installations by OneTwoSix Design, Michael McInnis, and Danny Ross, as well as a silent auctoin of works by Edmonton's future artists and, of course—Edmonton's original winter patio!
Join us before the main event—from 5-7 pm The City of Edmonton Youth Council is shutting down the street! It's a feast of youth programmig featuring build your own hot chocolate stations, short film screenings, dance performances and an art contest of Future City Landscapes. Lots of fun for all ages. (8 pm event is 18+)
