Keynote – Lieutenant Colonel JC Wilson, CD

A Dedication to Lifelong Learning

A personal exploration of professional development, self-awareness, leadership, open mindedness and adapting to change. During the last 30 years there has been significant change in our society, which has required the military to "keep step" as it tries to reflect the society from which it is derived. How does one continue to develop and grow personally, professionally and as a leader in the face of change? This address will look at these questions from personal experiences from both home and abroad, over a twenty-five year career, that has resulted in some profound life lessons and reflective moments.

Details for the Breakout Sessions Morning
