Arthritis 101 is a single, two-hour interactive program developed in Alberta and delivered by Alberta Health Services staff. If you have been recently diagnosed or if you simply have questions about any one of the more than 100 types of arthritis, this program is for you. You will receive a FREE workbook introducing you to the self-management concepts and help you understand the community connections that will help you fight arthritis.
