We'll be celebrating the Bard's birthday with whiksy, poetry, pipes and haggis burgers. Wait, what? Yes, a spin on the haggis with tattie and neeps done in a truly Albertan way. On a bun. With fries.
This is also a special event for us as this will be the last time our Master of Malts, the sensational Andrew Walls will be performing a Burns dinner in Edmonton. After this he is off to Victoria to represent a brand new Canadian Distillery.
The exact bill-o-fare is still being settled, but it will be a 5 course meal paired with whisky featuring a haggis burger with tatties and neeps fries.
Not a whisky fan, or are a designated driver? Buy a non-drinking ticket. Kelly's Pub has a full service bar, so you can order to your preference at happy hour prices!
Kilts encouraged.
