The work of eleven visiting Korean paper artists will be the focus of a special exhibition at The Works Art & Design Festival, Site 11: the World Trade Centre. This Craft Year 2015 project marks the Alberta Craft Council's fifth creative exchange with South Korea. The artists are visiting Edmonton and Calgary from Wonju, Edmonton's twin city, and Korea's historic centre of Hanji paper making. This exhibition will feature superb examples of Korean paper work by master craft artists.
On Sunday, June 28 from 1pm – 5pm join the visiting Korean artists at Churchill Square for a workshop and for the concurrent reception for Wonju Paper Works in the World Trade Centre Lobby, 9990 Jasper Avenue, Edmonton.
