Hashing it out with Edmonton's creators, makers, innovators and YOU!

Edmonton's NextGen hosts #YegIdeaXchange - Connecting Community in Edmonton

This is a free event but please RSVP and let us know you're attending!

This is the third in a three part dialogue series held by the Voice Working Group of Edmonton's NextGen.

A panel composed of local creators, makers, and innovators will speak about their ideas, projects and insight around Connecting and Building Community in Edmonton. The panel will encourage attendees to get involved in and shape the evening's discussion, leading to a real dialogue allowing participants to hash out issues, opinions, and ideas surrounding Community Building in Edmonton.

This wonderful panel includes:

Tamara Kulyk

Tamara Kulyk is a Senior Policy Advisor with the Ministry of Health currently working with health inequity, wellness and chronic disease. She is a Group Mentor with the Boys and Girls Club at the McCauley club in Edmonton's inner city. She is also the Youth Director of the Edmonton's only inner city rugby club, the Edmonton Clansmen and is a junior girls coach at the rep and club level. She will be sharing her perspectives on working with inner city youth and how they see and interact with the idea of community.

Doug Stewart

Douglas Dollars / Entrepreneur / Asked frequently enough at arts and social events about what else was happening in Edmonton, Douglas began to joke "You should subscribe to my newsletter." Amber Niemeier
