Edmonton CREW is pleased to welcome Bennett Jones commercial real estate lawyers, David G. Finlay Q.C. and Bonnie J. Anderson for a discussion on strata titling. The presentation will look at some advantages of using strata titling; the necessity of easement, covenant and restriction agreements and what those agreements should be addressing; concerns under the current building code and how cities are dealing with those challenges; and financing a strata titled project.
