Neighbourhood Reconstruction Open House

Edmonton neighbourhoods are getting a facelift this year thanks to the Building Great Neighbourhoods program. Residents and property owners are invited to review final neighbourhood designs, learn about the local improvement process and the construction schedule at these final pre-construction neighbourhood meetings.

All meetings will take place from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m., with presentations at 7 p.m.

Neighbourhood reconstruction is done as part of the City's Building Great Neighbourhoods Initiative. Building Great Neighbourhoods invests taxpayer (1.5% Neighbourhood Renewal tax levy for 2015) and utility rate dollars into enhancing neighbourhood livability and longevity. Construction includes the renewal or replacement of storm and sanitary sewers, roadways, sidewalks, streetlights, curbs and gutters.
