ERIEC Business Leaders Corporate Breakfast is an annual event coordinated by ERIEC to inform business leaders of the business case for workforce diversity and inclusion practices and provide examples of why it is important for employers to hire, integrate and retain skilled immigrant professionals This year, the Edmonton Region Immigrant Employment Council is in collaboration with the City of Edmonton to engage and inform business leaders to mark the fourth anniversary hosting Edmonton business leaders on:

Hiring, integrating and retaining immigrant employees - a competitive advantage

Keynote Speaker:

Margot Ross Graham, (CHRP, CPCC), Principle of Sandbar Coaching and Consulting. Margot is an experienced senior executive with extensive background in leadership, change management, and organizational development. She is a Certified Executive Coach and throughout her career has worked with leaders from for-profit and non-profit organizations across Canada. She has spoken on topics ranging from Leadership Credibility to Workplace Culture and is currently featured weekly as the Workplace Columnist for CBC Radio. Ms. Ross Graham will discuss the power of mentorship and the benefits to the Edmonton regional business community.
