This Labour Day long weekend, ATB Financial and the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra are excited to bring the community together with a series of free outdoor concerts set in the heart of downtown Edmonton. In partnership with the City of Edmonton we are welcoming the world as our city hosts the World Triathlon Grand Final in our city's river valley, including Hawrelak Park. Symphony in the City will present something for everyone in the Capital Region: a multimedia adventure with Disney in Concert alongside monumental classical works. This event will be a chance for families to gather in a shared community experience in both Churchill Square and Kinsmen Park, to celebrate our city's summer festival season with an explosive finale.
Bring the whole family to enjoy the ESO and a cast of four vocalists for a very special concert of Disney's most famous movie scores ever � Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid, Mary Poppins, Aladdin, The Lion King and the Oscar-winning song "Let It Go" from Disney's latest hit movie Frozen. Explore Walt Disney's stories and characters through their memorable melodies with clips and storyboard art displayed on a giant screen while the ESO performs in Churchill Square. And make sure to dress up as your favourite Disney character!
