Legal Workshop - Wills and Estates

This workshop covers various types of will and estate instruments, including will, living will, power of attorney, guardianship and trusteeship. We’ll also look at the circumstances under which each instrument should be used. You’ll leave with a checklist of important things to consider before speaking to a lawyer or having a will written.
