YEG River Valley Food Forest Planting

Let's plant a food forest in the River Valley! Bring a shovel and a friend, we're planting an edible forest in Edmonton's river valley!

But wait? Can we really do that?! Absolutely! In fact, the City of Edmonton is providing all of the plant material (more than a thousand native edible plants); saskatoons, cranberry, gooseberry, hazelnuts, pin-cherries, etc!

We'll meet at Government House Park (North of Hawrelak, East of Goat Road) and walk to the site in Mackinnon ravine.

Bring your own lunch.
