Become a Reading Buddies Volunteer

Are you between the ages of 13 and 17? Are you looking to make a difference, gain volunteer experience and have fun? Share your love of reading and meet new friends: apply to become a volunteer mentor in the Reading Buddies program. Reading Buddies volunteers are required to attend the mandatory orientation session one week before the program starts as well as the following Reading Buddies sessions as scheduled. For more information or to apply online, visit www.epl.ca/readingbuddies. Deadline for applications is one week before the mandatory orientation. SUMMER SESSION: A mandatory training session will be held Friday, July 4, 2014 at 3:30 pm for the Reading Buddies session running from July 11 to August 8 at 4:30 pm.

FALL SESSION: A mandatory training session will be held Friday, October 17, 2014 at 4:30 p.m. for the Reading Buddies session running from October 24 -- November 21 at 4:30 p.m.
