Book Club

Starts:

Friday, June 27
12:00 PM

Ends:

Friday, June 27
1:00 PM

Love reading? Love to talk about books you've read? Come join us for lively discussions on all types of fiction and non-fiction. Hear about the books other people are reading and discuss books we'll read as a group. We’ll feature a different title or author each month. Share your impressions, thoughts and interpretations of a book that we have all read. New members are always welcome.

Friday Book Club:
Join fellow readers the last Friday of every month, 12 noon, for our lively discussion about books, movies, culture, current events and anything else that pops up for discussion. Lots of fun and everyone welcome.

For June, The Milner Book Club's looking at saints and sinners! The first book is Jennifer Haigh’s Faith, a novel about the sister of a priest mired in controversy. We’ll also be discussing John Berendt’s Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, a true crime account of the perverse and sublime down in Savannah, Georgia.

For free reading copies and more information, please call Diego at 780-496-7000 or send an e-mail to: dibarra@epl.ca
