In this session, you will build on previous Scratch experience to design your very own RPG game!

Building on the skills from EPL's Scratch Programming - Creating a Movie or Game Cutscene session - this session will focus on how to program game features including customizing game controls, triggering multiple event stage changes or character actions, integrating a scoring system, and adding an inventory and game title screens.

Scratch is an educational programming language and multimedia authoring tool developed by MIT Media Labs to help kids and beginners easily explore and learn introductory computing science through project building and remixing. Friends and siblings welcome! Bring USB storage or access to a storage service such as Google Drive.

We provide computers but you are welcome to bring your laptop.
