Presenters: Andrea Steinhauer & Meredith Perich, The Business Link

Andrea Steinhauer is a Business Research Officer at The Business Link for the past two and a half years, assisting people with the business startup process and market research. She is a graduate of the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce, Entrepreneurship Major. With a passion for helping companies understand how to conduct business internationally, Andrea has achieved the Forum for International Trade Training (FITT) Certificate of International Trade with distinction. She is also actively working towards achieving the Certified International Trade Practitioner (CITP) designation. Andrea has worked in various levels of economic development including the Embassy of Canada in Washington, DC.

Meredith Perich is also a Business Research Officer at The Business Link. Following the completion of her Bachelor of Arts with a major in Economics and a major in Global Studies, Meredith traveled to Ghana, Africa, to work with a non-profit organization called Mission of Hope for Society Foundation. During her time with the organization, she provided support for various development projects, as well as researched, developed, and facilitated workshops for small business owners.
