Legal Workshop - Immigration

Learn about the different classes of immigrant status in Canada (permanent resident, temporary resident, temporary foreign worker, refugee), and the rights that go along with each. We’ll outline how to apply for a friend or family member to come to Canada as a visitor or permanently. We’ll also discuss how to apply for permanent resident status in the refugee class while in Canada on another type of permit or visa.
