Randy is President of Xennex Inc., a strategy consulting firm that advises owner managers and executive teams of small and medium-sized businesses to develop company strategy and to resolve challenging management issues. He is a graduate of the Campus Saint-Jean at the University of Alberta, and holds an M.A. (Oxon) from Oxford University where he studied as a Rhodes Scholar. He is the Founder of Literacy Without Borders, an international charity focused on building sustainable literacy programs in adult and family literacy here in Canada and in developing countries. Randy is a popular guest speaker in the areas of small business strategy, leadership, and literacy.
