Starting a business can be very exciting, but can also be a bit overwhelming. This series is designed to answer many of your start-up questions. You will learn the basics of developing a business plan, what market research you need for the plan, as well as the main steps to take before you start.
This fast-paced session will provide you with a high-level overview, introducing you to key elements that need to be considered for your business plan. In addition to reviewing the outline of a typical business plan, you'll be introduced to a 'process and flow' that turns data and information into a usable guide for your business. That guide will become your business plan!
