Are you concerned about how your memory is changing as you age? In this six-week series for adults aged 50 and older, we’ll cover topics such as how memory works, normal changes in memory due to aging, memory-boosting strategies, memory training techniques to help with remembering, and lifestyle factors that affect memory, such as nutrition, physical activities, sleep, medication and stress.
This program is delivered by occupational therapists of Allied Health, Alberta Health Services.
