10th Annual Street Furniture Competition

M.A.D.E. in Edmonton is pleased to once again bring to you, during the Works Art & Design Festival, our Street Furniture Competition in Churchill Square in downtown Edmonton.

Teams of three or fewer are encourged to come out and use the materials provided to create pieces of furniture with their creative energy and talents. This improvised industrial design competition will take place within the allotted time frame on June 25 and will be judged by a panel of esteemed community members that evening.

Teams can register with M.A.D.E. at info@madeinedmonton.org. A $20 deposit cheque is required to hold your team's spot. The deposit will be returned when you participate on competition day.

Judges and prize donations to be announced. Building begins promptly at 11am, so participants are encouraged to arrive at 10:30am for materials selection and on-site registration procedures. Furniture will remain on display at the Works Festival until July 7th.
