Silly Summer Parade

The annual Silly Summer Parade mixes Canada Day spirit with twisted humor and good old-fashion fun. The Silly Summer Parade will be following the same route as 2009 starting at noon, winding up at Queen Alexandra School (7730 106 Street) for the Picnic in the Park Event. This fun filled afternoon features family activities including a jumping good time courtesy of Inflatable Fun, entertainment, a fundraising Hot Dog Sales and of course Canada Day cake. The Picnic in the Park sees the addition of carnival games this year. All activities at the Picnic in the Park are free of charge, donations will be accepted for the Old Strathcona Foundation.
