Kensington
Kensington was annexed to the City in 1913 during a real estate boom but most development didn't occur until the 1950s. Bounded by major roadways (which minimize local traffic), Kensington isdominated by single-family home. The area has a high proportion ofresidents older than 50, most of whom have lived here for many years.
