Municipal Government Act Summer Tour (AM)

Municipal Affairs will be travelling to 20 communities throughout the province in June and July to discuss with you the proposed amendments to the Municipal Government Act (MGA).

We want to hear from you about the potential impacts and implications of the new legislation. Input is welcome from all Albertans, including local elected officials, municipal professionals, business and industry associations, Indigenous Albertans, other stakeholders, and the general public.

Please register for a session and come prepared to share your ideas for the MGA. Tell us what you think about the proposed amendments and their potential impact and implications on you and your community.
