Edmonton open data pioneer Matthew Dance collaborated with the City of Edmonton and Edmonton Archives to create Aboriginal Edmonton, a data set of Aboriginal place names in Edmonton. Now he has embarked on a new task: converting a book of the city's old and lost names (Rat Hole, anyone?) into a data set that can be accessed online. He'll be here to talk about his projects, open data, and how you can help.
