Cash Mob is back and it's bigger than ever! This time, we're mobbing the entire 124st/High Street area! That means dozens of fantastic local businesses that need your support.
The 124st area has been hit hard in the wake of the 102ave. Bridge closure. This means many businesses may not survive the winter. It's now more than ever we need to show these great shops we want them in our communities. Help us Cash Mob 124st!
Simply show up on 124st on Saturday December 12th between 11:30pm and 4:00pm. The City is providing Park and Ride and businesses will offer coupons, discounts and a fantastic prize pack as part of our passport system.
FAQs
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
We will have a free Park and Ride with free parking and a shuttle bus to take you up and down 124st. Simply catch the free bus in the main parking lot of Hawrelak Park, Stadium Park or Ride West lot.
First pick up will be at 11:00 am and the last pick up will be at 3:30 pm. The shuttle service will be departing every 45 minutes.

What can I bring to the event?
Bring friends, family, your wish list and at least $20 to spend on these fantastic, locally-owned businesses.
What is the passport system?
Simply get your passports stamped at eight locations along the way and you will be entered to win a fantastic prize pack from 124st. Just a small thanks for supporting local!
Where can I hear more about Cash Mob?
We will be launching the event officially at Plaza 124st at 12pm and a bird told us Don Iveson and other City Councillors will make an appearance around 2:30pm.
