Common Ground's FoundRaiser!
A unique arts event to get geared up for this year's FOUND FESTIVAL. Taking place in a room full of possibility that will get done up in the Common Ground and Found Spirit.
The night includes exciting activities throughout different spaces in the building (just like the FOUND FESTIVAL!)
Activities include: clothing swap, popsicle stick castle building session, and a black out poetry workshop.
There will be music, snacks, drinks, a silent auction, art auction, and special guests! PLUS an opportunity to mingle with some of Edmonton's most exciting up-and-coming artists!

Replenish your wardrobe for spring and summer! The Common Ground office is bursting with clothing donations... and there is more coming!
There will be something for everyone including men's, women's, and some children's clothing! Shoes, dresses, jeans, accessories, hats, panchos.... A $5 entry fee will get you access to it all!
~*~*POPSICLE STICK CASTLE CRAFTS!*~*~
Build your very own fortress with Common Ground! Bulding materials including popsicle sticks, glue, and all the accoutrements will be available for you to construct your own Winterfell... or whatever your heart desires.
~*~*BLACK OUT POETRY WORKSHOP!*~*~
Found Art! Unleash the poet in you. Using a permanent market, blackout poetry crosses out certain words in an existing text to give it a brand new meaning.
Liam Coady, poet extraordinaire, leads participants in this fun and casual poetry experience!
~*~*Art Auction and Silent Auction!*~*~
Back by popular demand from last year's Foundraiser, we will be hosting another fabulous Art Gallery featuring the work of local visual artists! The proceeds from the art auction sales will be split between the artists and Common Ground.
We will also have a Silent Auction with fantastic items including yoga passes, dog s-paw packages, decadent floral arrangements, local arts experiences, beautiful jewellery, and more!
PLUS OUR 2015 FOUND FESTIVAL LINE-UP WILL BE OFFICIALLY ANNOUNCED AT THE FOUNDRAISER!
