Whitemud Drive Widening Information Session

In 2015 the City of Edmonton will begin widening Whitemud Drive to six lanes between 75 Street/66 Street and 17 Street. Work will include an auxiliary lane between the 66 Street and 50 Street ramps and a new concrete median barrier.

As increased traffic volumes have created congestion along this corridor, the City will widen the current roadway to meet greater traffic demands and maintain roadway safety.

The City is hosting a public information session to share the project plans, traffic impacts.
