You have an idea for a startup but are unsure where to begin. Too often people start to develop a product without fully understanding the problem they are trying to solve.

Preflight Beta is a hands-on workshop using the Lean Canvas Model. This tool will enable you to describe, design, challenge and pivot your business model based on evolving hypotheses. It is a framework to start the process of prioritizing where to start, explore potential business model options, and track ongoing learning.

In this two hour workshop we will go over the basics of the Lean Canvas Model and how you can use it to test your startup idea.
