Festival of Trees

The Festival of Trees is an annual holiday celebration, decorated by Edmonton's community spirit and philanthropic passion.

Now into its 30th year, the Festival of Trees has become an essential piece of Edmonton's holiday tradition; more than 30,000 guests visit the Festival each year!

Packed full of events and excitement, the Festival of Trees is brought to life by individual donors, corporate sponsors and the tireless efforts of more than 2000 dedicated volunteers.

Festival is also a valuable fundraiser. Over the last 29 years, the Festival of Trees has raised $16.5 million for critically important causes at the University of Alberta Hospital, the Mazankowski Alberta Heart Institute and the Kaye Edmonton Clinic.

The Festival of Trees has become Edmonton's signature kick-off to Christmas event. Guests enjoy the Gala Evening, Luncheon and Fashion Show, Santa's Breakfast, and of course, the chance to savour the splendour of hundreds of brilliantly decorated Christmas trees and seasonal displays.
