Canada Day at the Edmonton Valley Zoo

Edmontonians are invited to join the party at the Edmonton Valley Zoo's double-birthday celebration.

On Monday July 1, 2013, the zoo will celebrate its 54th birthday on the same day that our home and native land will turn 146. To mark the occasion, the zoo has an array of exciting activities and entertainment planned for Edmontonians.

Location: Edmonton Valley Zoo, 13315 Buena Vista Road

Zoo-goers will enjoy educational talks, live music, a visit from the Adventure Bus, a zoo-wide scavenger hunt, hands-on science experiment, airbrushed Canadian tattoos, and red and white birthday cupcakes!

The party is open to all Edmontonians; regular summer admission rates apply.
