Join us on Friday, May 17, 2013 at the Royal Alberta Museum for our first What the Truck?! Event of the season!

To celebrate the RAM's newest exhibit, Chop Suey on the Prairies, this Truck Stop will dish up different versions of ginger beef, a staple on Chinese restaurant menus across the prairies in the early twentieth century. The Act Out & About, Bully Food Truck, The Lingnan Express and Smokehouse BBQ will be throwing down the gauntlet and doing their best to earn your vote.

Four trucks, four dishes. You decide who made it best.
