Exciting things are happening at the Edmonton Valley Zoo! The National Zookeeper Week Summer Celebration has been planned to mark the change in seasons and to celebrate National Zookeeper Week here at the Edmonton Valley Zoo! Zookeepers are one of the hardest working and the coolest people around! You will have a chance to meet the Zoo Keepers at a variety of Meet the Zookeeper Talks ? you will also find out their answers to "If I weren't a Zookeeper I'd rather be??" Guests will enjoy creating a Year of the Dragon Craft, playing Pin the Keys on the Zookeeper or for something more active, the little ones can enjoy pretending they are a baby Prairie Dog in the bigger and better than ever Prairie Dog Tunnels! Learn what it takes to be a zookeeper in the Junior Zookeeper Scavenger Hunt! Before you go home, sign the GIANT Thank You Card and then enjoy the National Zookeeper Week Enrichment Parade to present enrichment surprises to some special animals and to say thank-you to our amazing zookeepers!
