Choralies Festival: Opening Concert

La Soci?t? Choralies Edmonton 2012 is proud to present the seven concerts on the program of the Choralies festival to be held this summer from July 8 to 15. Conducting these concerts will be eight nationally and internationally renowned choral conductors. The program comprises two series of concerts: the Premier Concerts and the Evening and Afternoon Concerts.

The official opening concert brings together the most beautiful choral singing voices of western and eastern Canada. Two of our country's best vocal ensembles, Edmonton's Pro Coro Canada directed by John Brough and Montreal's Ch?ur de chambre du Qu?bec directed by Robert Ingari, will share the stage, first performing individually, then joining forces to bring even more pleasure to their audience. The western Canadian singers will then join these two ensembles to premiere the festival theme song, You, Me, Quite a World!
