Celebrate Canada Day at the Legislature

In celebration of Canada's birthday, the Alberta Legislature hosts a variety of activities for the whole family. Throughout the day, over 40,000 individuals normally gather on the grounds for the free family entertainment, including musical and dance performance and games for children. Visitors will enjoy the annual open house and touring the historic Legislature Building at their leisure. Visitors will also have the rare opportunity to walk on the Chamber floor, an honour usually reserved for Members of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta.
