Vocal Arts Festival: Song Soirees at the AGA

During the late 18th and early 19th centuries, composers wrote music to embellish existing poetry. These songs were written for voice with piano accompaniment. Today these beautiful pieces allow listeners to experience the beauty and diversity of the voice as they bring some of the world's greatest poetry to life. Start the evening with a complimentary tour of one of the AGA exhibits before joining us in the theatre.
