Welcome to The Gallery! An evening celebrating art, photography, and spoken word poetry. A forum of creative expression for youth of diverse multicultural backgrounds. A celebration of the cultural mosaic of our capital city and this province.
Come join us on Jan 14 at the beautiful Art Gallery of Alberta as we showcase creative expression from a wide array of local talent from youth of Muslim heritage. Whether it's someone who has finely honed the craft or someone who dabbles in an artistic pursuit.
The evening will feature a much loved spoken word feature show in the theatre. The main hall of the AGA will play host to the art gala. Enjoy the poetry show and browse through the art gala while you mix and mingle with the artists and those in our city who love art & poetry. Make sure you don't miss out on some of the great door prizes we've got lined up as well!
Through the generous support of grants and sponsors, we've worked hard to ensure that admission is totally FREE. Come support the local arts scene and encourage young artists.
